Bleecker Street

Tarzana, CA has a little gem just off Ventura Blvd, and I want everyone to know about it! Bleecker Street has a great vibe, beautiful dinning room, and fabulous food!

We were seated outside in front, while taking in the view of Ventura Blvd we were served warm bread with this extremely yummy roasted red pepper tapanade. I was in heaven!

My friend and I decided that we would try lots of little appetizers instead of a big meal (per usual).

Truffle Fries

The Surf & Turf is short ribs and seared scallops. I am so picky about scallops, because they can be great or horrible. there is not much in between. Bleecker Street is absolutely on the "great" side.

The Ahi Tuna Stack was refreshing, and well executed. It is a great starter to share with a friend or two.

I thought the truffle fries were alright, but not my favorite thing on the menu. With all the other terrific options at Bleecker Street, I would pass on this just average fry.

I am going back to Bleecker Street ASAP. I have to admit I always love a place with beautiful design and equally beautiful food!
